Found this forum thanks to a link somebody posted on TerraGenesis of all places. (It went to Ruckdog's scratchbuilt LCM thread.) I am interested in mostly 1:1200 Naval Wargames although I have tried other scales. I can be found under this same ID on TerraGenesis (http://www.terragenesis.co.uk/), Spartan's Forum (http://community.spartangames.co.uk/), and Lead Adventures (http://www.lead-adventure.de/).
- Spartan's Forum is devoted only to its 1:1200 or 1:600 games.
- TerraGenesis is all about scratchbuilding wargame tabletops.
- and Lead Adventures is a friendly forum where one can discuss any minis or gaming genre and even play games of chess.

Welcome, and thanks for joining up! I'm glad to see the word is getting out a bit ;).

Tg is great btw theres tons of info on all different aspects of terrain building!

Welcome aboard, Pendrake. I think we recently corresponded on the Spartan forum about ideas for changing players in demo games for DW. I should check out TerraGenesis; I need to figure out what I'm going to do for my demo table at Historicon.

Glad to see that Avatars are now working. I loaded my old one from the old (defunct) Spartan Forum (which was replaced by the newer 'community'). As anyone might guess from the avatar my first 1:1200 fleet is Japanese. (Spartan calls it The Empire of the Blazing Sun...)

Does anybody have an idea where my avatar image might have gotten to? ...been awhile since I last logged in, but I was pretty sure I had picked one (cf. above).

I can try to pull it out for you. I've been having issues with the avatar directory linking with the forums. All the avatars are there, but the forum software can no longer retrieve them like it used to.

Sadly, it looks like yours may have been one of the ones I lost when I had some issues with the database last year :-[.
Do you have a copy of the image? If so, there is a way I can manually set it for your avatar.

I found what I think was your old avatar on your blog, and set it as your avatar. Is that ok? ;)
