Hi, it's Elessar - you may recognise me, or not, from the Spartan Forums.
Well, that was a surprise, huh?
Still playing, for now at least. Let's hope we can get those playtesting Orbats leaked or even officially released by someone buying the game.

Hi Elessar.
Welcome. I hope you stick with the game.
I have every intention to keep painting.
It was a real shock when Spartan went down
In hind sight, there were many clues.
So sad to see them go.

Thanks guys. Yeah, in hindsight it was more apparent there were critical issues - I just wish I had spent a bit more while I could. Ah well.

Welcome aboard.
Yes, surprise is a mild word--shock is more like it (for me anyway). And I'm right with you--I wish I had purchased more, especially for the two Halo games (I'm pretty well set for Dystopian Wars).
To quote one of the guys at my local game store--games are only as dead as we allow them to be. I think Dystopian Wars, Firestorm Armada, and hopefully Halo: Fleet and Halo: Ground have many more years of life left in them.

I think there is a decent chance some of the IP gets picked up in receivership. The Halo license might be too pricey for all but the Fantasy Flight/Wizard type companies but DW, Firestorm and Planetfall can likely be gotten fairly cheap.

Hail felllow castaway, I remember you!
so far your the first familiar name I have seen.
I second the vote on getting those 2.5 otbats, I have a whole lot of ships and tanks with only partial rules.

Why hello! And thank you very much, I wasn't on the forum very long afterall. Merlin is here too, you will likely recognise him - and Ruckdog and CDR_G.
