Biggest thing about this patch to me is the progress wipe; that is a sure sign that the Open Beta really is right around the corner. The changes to the economy are another thing that got my attention; I thought it was pretty easy to advance down the tech trees in the CBT!

So, I'm about 15 games in, and I've managed to make it to Tier 3 for both the U.S. and Japanes cruiser lines. The grind doesn't seem too bad, and everything feels about the same despite the tweaks mentioned in the notes. That's good! The new Destroyer ability, a speed boost, is interesting.

I really like the wipe, now I will save my gold and get more games in. I am still at the St. Louis about 1000 xp away from getting the phoenix class. I am glad I have 2 preminum destoryers I use to get my XP up higher for the later tiers. Grind is not that bad as well.

Sounds like you are a bit further along than me :). I can't wait to get the Cleveland back. Although, truth be told I always enjoyed the Omaha too.
