Looks like an incredible age of sail combat game, with a "leveling" mechanic similar to what you might see in World of Tanks. It looks like the game is still in its early testing phases, but will eventually be available on Steam.

Looks like this game is inching closer to release! It is now in Early Access on Steam, which is essentially a "beta" phase.
