Help converting my classic fleet

Hi all, been a long time. 

I'm trying to get started with the new dystopian wars rules, using my spartan french battle group box.  Reading the orbat it doesn't look like I can form a battlefleet of more than 6 ships without proxying, is that correct?

Nevermind, sorry, I found the part of the profile that lets you add more ships to the unit.
