I see black, blue, and red dice in those pictures, leading me to believe the system is similar to that seen in Planetfall for Firestorm Invasion!

Very cool! I agree, the fact that three dice colors are present is very telling. It is very interesting to see this mechanic being spread to other games; it makes we wonder if it might make it into a future version of one of Spartan's "Big Three."
