Cheers we are on Hold at the moment as new ships are added to my fleets before game 3 begins.

Not to totally high-jack this thread but do you use, or have played the Avalanche Press series of boardgames to use as a campaign driver to getting battles and ships on the table?

I have a older version of the North Sea, and wonder if upgrading to Jutland would be worth it.

Have to say I haven't, never really been into boardgames so never invested in them. The he Naval Campaigns we have done have been run have either arrived from my mind (our Scharnhorst campaign last year) or been driven from a commercially available book e.g. this year's.

At the club we tried using the DOGGER BANK scenario to try out different rule systems.  Have you tried the game [GWAS] as designed?
