2.5 ORBATS for 7 Core Nations are now up!

So, we now have the ORBATS for the CoA, PE, EotBS, RoF, FSA, KoB, and RC! Anyone have a chance to look through them yet?

My PC chose this week to short its vid card, so I haven't looked yet. (Plus 40K has distracted). I'll download to the tablet over the weekend though.

They seem to be a very interim set as they are subject to significant changes. A lot of the problem children such as the FSA Washington (too awful at any cost) or the French Tourbillon (way too good and too cheap) have yet to be adjusted.

Finally got em downloaded ... but do I perceive right that there will be no 2.5 Rules PDF? We have to BUY the rulebook?

There is indeed a PDF of the rules themselves! It was sent out to the KS backers via backer kit. My guess is they are waiting until the hard copy book is shipping to non-KS backers before they post the PDF on their website.

I've been glancing at Blazing Sun and Prussians, nothing super or fixed jumping out at me yet. I do like the Ayakashi attack modes - I'll need to brush up on how Giant Robot melee attacks work now...

Once I know the new MARs and Generators, and how Specialist Groups work, other stuff might appeal.

I think the stats are still very much in flux. For example, I think the Ilka squid is still in the running for the aquatic assault MAR.
