It looks like we have five with Bogo arriving at 1230 and Eric desiring a 4.5 hour limit. Scott has not final confirmed but last heard he was in. If we start at 1230 and go to 1700 that will fit current requirements.
I was interested in trying modified Ice Maiden (IM) scenarios one for two players and one for three.
The three can change to a two easily.

IM scenario 2 "Training Grounds and Hunting Grounds" -- 5 turns--6' x 4' table
Capture up to 4 Russian officers present on the fort.
Special rules
Officers- Place four tokens on the Sea Fort representing the four officers. If a boarding action on model results in more hits than the defender the attacker may choose to capture a token rather roll on the Focussed Critical Hit table. A token may be transferred between models via friendly boarding action. If a model with a token is destroyed the token is lost.
Arctic Sturginium Storm: In the pre-turn phase of each turn roll a d^ for each model on the board. On a roll of 1 apply a Engine Damage marker Critical Damage Effect Marker.

Prussians (if Me playing) vs. ? Prussian forces: 1 x Gustav Monitor, 3x Brandtaucher Subs and 4x Lahn Destroyers-- 540 points or equivalent.
Opponent: 1x sub-200 point large, 1x Battle Cruiser, 3/4 light cruisers (or non Capital mediums) or heavy destroyers, 5 corvettes--640 points plus 100 point Sea Forts (Stats uploaded or mailed presently)
Deployment: The fort is placed in the center of the board, it has no facing.
The Prussians deploy with 12" of a board edge.
The other player deploys the non-capital mediums and corvettes in the late arrivals segment (placed against the opposite edge after Prussians are deployed). The large and BC are deployed in late arrival phase of turn 2.
Victory Conditions:
Prussians: 2 or more markers in control at the game end-- Major Prussian Victory, Control of one or all are dead--Minor Prussian Victory
Russian: 1 or 2 in control at game end and the Prussian have none--Minor Russian Victory. 3 or more in control at the end of the game and the Prussians have none it is a major Russian Victory.

That all sounds good to me. Looks like Saturday will be a rainy day, so it will be a good day to stay inside and roll some dice :)

The three person scenario: Two separate players are attempting to take Recon photos of a "Secret" new model or base and leave the board with those photo setsl. Originally it was the Ice Maiden. I have a printed 2D paper version but its a McGuffin, Any facility or major combatant will do. The defender player starts in a 16" deep and 24" wide box centered on one middle edge. The other two players set up in 12" boxes at the corners of the other edge.
Forces: Attackers: 900 points each, No Massive models, no local air. One medium Carrier or escort carrier. Defenders: 950 points including 1x5 SAS Local Air and the McGuffin that will have no working weapons, BUT can have escorts/cap and will have Spotting 24", with a Massive +1 height. No other massive models, one medium carrier allowed.

Special Rules: Photo Recon: Attacking squadrons can choose to take photos instead of firing an Ordnance attack that turn. Ranges to the target are to its center point for photos.
Each squadron can attempt to take a photo using the following: RB3- Roll two Black D6 if two 6s are rolled one (set) of photos has been collected. RB2, one Black die, any 5 or 6 equals one set of photos collected. RB1, 1 Black D6 and 4,5,6 equals one set of photos collected.
SAS can collect photos but will use attack run dice and must beat a DR of 7 and then return to within 4" the carrier or a unit with Wing Launcher. The carrier/Wing Launcher must perform a Replenish action to collect the photos (1 Carrier point)
Photo sets collected by a squadron (not SAS) can be secured if the the entire squadron  exits of any edge but the Defender's and count toward VP. If any unit from a squadron survives the photos are considered  to be retained.
Photo sets can be moved between friendly squadrons via a friendly boarding.

Victory Conditions: EACH Attacker can win if after at least 4. turns they have 5 to more sets of photos. Any Attacker mays may extend the game to 5 turns at their discretion. If one player has at least 5 photo sets and more than the the other attacker, they win. Attackers MAY attack the other attacking player's units and may attempt to destroy or capture (prize) Photo sets from them.

29 July Meet-Up AAR part 1

We ended up with three players. We played the three person scenario; Photo Recon. Bogo as Russians shredded units right and left. Andy got the worst of it, the Tiksis stood up to multiple attacks with the help of a Rudnitski Repair Cruiser. Bogo's first turn against my force hit hard, but he ignored my Monitor and wrecked my Saxonys and my Konigsberg special squadron (K-berg and 3 Wachters).
But despite good rolling by Bogo, some poor rolling by Andy, we outnumbered him 2-1 and we attritted him down to his Katanga and some beat up Tiksis.
The star of the show for my Prussians and really the game was not the Gustav monitor, which is REALLY powerful with14 Area bombardment in RB2-- which put a weapons damage and a critical before it could activate, but the Brandtaucher subs with aquatic assault of 15 elite AP. After the Katanga was damaged the Brandtauchers took by boarding, in the five turn they took Andy's Kaiser Karl. The right tool in the right place.
After clearing the Russians it was a matter of getting photos and keeping them. I was able to kill Andy's last Hussar with one photo set, then I was able to get more than Andy by the end of turn 5 : 4 to 2.

Here's the thing- we each needed at least five, So Bogo wins!  :D
