and that should do it for everything small on my project.
That was everything small, but I did have one more ship I wanted to fit in if I could, which kind of needs its own size category...
The Subjugator was from the first story arc in season 1 of the Clone Wars and was supposed to be terrifyingly large, and during the printing process I was definitely terrified...
This is only a two piece print, but with the overall ship being over seven inches long, the front and back sections were both over 4 inches long including the interior connecting locks. Each was well past the eight hour mark on printing even with lowering the resolution, and with the age on my printer I was crossing my fingers on these working, but they both turned out fine on the first attempt.
The next terror I experienced was during painting; I had put hollow sections throughout the model to help with adhesion, keep the weight down, and save resin, but after cleaning and assembly I found out that makes it incredibly unbalanced. Trying to keep a grip on the model while painting was very difficult, and I had to go back and correct paint slips more than any other ship so far.
I have not even begun to think about a permanent base solution for it so far. Overall, as a terror weapon designed to intimidate everyone, the Subjugator is an absolute success... I am afraid to put it on the table.
