Just because my Syndicate are near ready, I'd still want a Firestorm game (Quickdraw, I'm your huckleberry :-))

But I'm very open to X-Wing, SW Armada, or Trek Attack Wing as well

I don't know Starfire ...

And just because I was looking at the models, when Stephan can make one of these days we need to plan a Babylon 5 battle. The fleet of the GLORIOUS CENTAURI REPUBLIC has been stuck in a tackle box far too long. "Its like when the wives won't let you go out, eh Vir?"

We could always try to grab a couple tables and have a nice mishmash if games going. That wouldn’t be bad at all. give us a chance to see some other stuff as well.
How many points of Syndicate are you able to field Dale?

Ok, I got us two tables and requested a third since it looks like we may have a decent turn out. They can’t guarantee three. I’ll be there at 11 when they open.

I’m not really up for Firestorm Armada, but probably anything else. Zorper, is StarFire a miniatures game?

Actually Starfire is a way, way old hex grid and cardboard counter game.  I guess it could be used with minis.  I only suggested it because we were talking about it last summer.

With two boxes and some extra older ships in hand, I can easily hit 1000, or even go 1500+.

Tbh, I’m not really a fan of those kinds of game—I’m too much of a cinematic gamer I guess.  :-X

We could do a large X-Wing game. I got one of the larger (multi-base) imperial ships for Christmas, maybe we could do a big game where the Rebels have to kill that ship before it jumps to lightspeed? I could see that being a 4-player game: one player controlling the large Imperial ship, one controlling the escort fighters; and one player flying the Rebel ship killers (Y-Wings, B-Wings, etc) with the last player flying the Rebel fighter escort. Probably would take up most of a 6x4 table.

Would anyone be interested in trying that?

I'd be down for a big fight.

Also, since I want to try something retro, I'll bring the rules and the minis I have for the other old space game I have my shelf:  "Full Thurst".  We can play it or not, no big deal.

Cool.  I've never played before but we can start with the Full Thrust Lite on the 28th.

X-Wing and Full Thrust? So many choices!

Firestorm first though...

Ok, one full table will be taken up with Firestorm Armada—how much room do you need to play Full Thrust? Can we run FT and X-Wing at the same time on one table?

Warhawk, I’ll bring all my starfighters, I have quite a few and you’re welcome to use some of mine.

Yeah it is! I’m looking forward to seeing the Full Thrust game. Some of the minis for that game are pretty cool.
