Vree fleet!
« on: September 14, 2014, 01:29:03 pm »
While I'm working on my advanced EA ships, I realized there were some minis I'd never photographed that I did either recently, or a while back.  Here's my Vree fleet... at least all I have painted of it:

Obviously I've mixed some FA scale in there, to sub for minis not produced by AoG...

Thanks!  I have more unpainted than painted, but the scale of game I have time to play these days, this is plenty!  :o

Great looking models! I've been interested to try the B5 version of ACTA for a while now!

Never much cared for ACTA, but the minis are the same, so you can use 'em for both systems. :)

Thanks fellas!

I'll echo the previous sentiments...those look great.  But what system are they for?  I think I'm missing something here...

The Vree are from B5. In the folklore for the seiries, they are essentially the folks that were responsible for all the flying saucer sightings in the 40s and 50s:

The game system they were designed for is Babylon 5 Wars by Agents of Gaming.  GREAT game, but 10 years dead now.  You can still pick up the minis and books if you fish around on eBay.  The molds were also reused for Mongoose Publishing's Babylon 5: A Call to Arms.
