To keep things interesting, and to add a "fog of war" element, let's keep our force compositions secret until they're on the board. I'm not going to tell you what I'm running in my main and strategic forces; indeed, I'm not going to tell you if I'm even going to
have strategic forces. And I don't want to know those details for your fleet either. We can still go through the normal game setup in the rulebook, and we can deploy our forces on the board when they should be deployed, if you have them (so for example, we'll both still roll for flanking forces whether or not we have them, just to keep the other player guessing). I trust that you'll adhere to the force-building rules, and that any mistakes made are honest mistakes, as long as you trust the same of me.
I think this will add a little excitement to the game, not knowing what the other player is going to deploy.
