hi, my name is dregogg, you may remember me from such forums as dakkadakka, 40konline(mainly the tavern), port maw(before it got torpedoed by hackers)advanced tau tactica, bolter and chainsword, as well as miniwargamming.com, I spend most of my free time playing with little toy soldiers and space ships, and the rest cavorting about on forums with others of my ilk, I am the guy who spends hours laboring over painting every conceivable detail on a single destroyer, and gets tabled in every game I take them in, because that is what I am. the proud hobby guy, who names every ship and crewman of any relevance from the fleet admiral aboard my grandest battleship down to the chief petty officers aboard the shoal of escorts that follow in the wake of my capital ships, who writes paragraphs of back story for everything from escorts up to battleships that are destined to die on the first turn, why? because that's who I am, I may not win many games(in fact I lose almost all of them) but I do so in style, with brilliantly painted armies/fleets(if I do say so myself) and a good story to tell when I limp back to port.
so, I may not be the first to call in for duty, but I hope to become a regular sight on these here forums. so to whom it may concern, I hereby request permission to come aboard sir(s)!
